Documentary: Scenes of Songkran

Songkran, the Thai New Year, is a three-day festival celebrated in April during the hottest part of the year. Originally rooted in tradition of paying respect to others by pouring a small amount of water over the shoulder or hands, the Songkran Festival has become an event where the young take to the streets with buckets and water pistols.
